I always request no pickle, no onion, no cheese, burger well done. Never any problems all these years. Now, every visit some part of my order is incorrect. The last two burgers were so hard they were not edible. I mentioned to a new manager my orders have been incorrect repeatedly. Her reply was "you say that everytime". I replied I'll check it before leaving the drive-thru. She didn't seem to care about my compliant so i canceled my order and hot a refund. It never dawned on her that I say it everytime because my order has been wrong everytime. I've found a different burger king. Although it's a little further drive. The quality and customer service are great.
