    What the heck happened to Brixx Pizza? Quick rundown of our dine-in experience tonight: 1 They have a 91.7 sanitation score. Should have turned back then. 2. The hoste was a grungy, hobo looking guy who made it clear he could care less. 3. He tried to seat us right beside the stack of empty pizza boxes beside the bar. Because apparently this is pizza takeout/bar - not a dine-in restuarant. 4. I had to actually point out a table that looked maybe, kinda, clean that we would prefer. 5. The place smelled like a wet campfire. Literally had to change clothes when we got home. Learn how to actually use the woodfire oven, please. 6. Skimpy overcooked pizzas. 7. No drink refills. 8. And the worst for last. The same grungy host stood behind the bar after a bit and proceeded to pick his nose, wipe his hands all over his face, and touch the bar surfaces. This is no longer a dine-in restuarant. Go there at your own risk.

    Terrible experience with my whole family tonight. Despite the fact that our waitress completely forgot she even had us as a table, she added insult to injury after completely drenching my daughter and son in drinks. Instead of helping the situation the rude waitress immediately erupted in uncontrollable laughter as if having drinks spilled all over you, staining and ruining your clothes was a laughing matter, aside from how embarrassing the whole situation was for my daughter and family. No pride in work and horrid customer service. Will never return to eat here and will definitely not recommend to my friends and family. I'll be sure to share this experience with everyone I know because the rude "laugh in your face" attitude was completely unnecessary. Icing on the cake, our table was never even wiped down before the hostess seated us. Very unhygienic.

    The pizzas here was just no good at all. The margarita had 0 sauce, and was just tomatoes and cheese. While the veggie pizza was the same situation, except around 1% more sauce and had veggies. I guess their breadsticks were a little good for a positive about this place. In the end, not my future pizza place.
