- FCFair CriticJan 17, 20265.0January 2026 - a late afternoon lunch. Adam, our server, had that rare ability to be both unobtrusive, yet completely attentive. Absolute professional. We had tuna sashimi, chowder, trout & diablo. The flavors were exquisite, pricing is reasonable, no wait to be seated. We were never rushed even as it got busy. For me it’s the details that tell how a restaurant feels about guests and this one truly impressed, with reverse osmosis tasting water, perfect fresh brewed coffee, even the cream on the side had been carefully whipped, and an olive oil drizzle (with bread) we couldn’t get enough of. The bathrooms & restaurant in general were immaculate. Booths were big & spacious. Everything met or exceeded expectation. We had a rare, lovely, relaxing, grown up, lunch. This has restored our faith of late in dining out. Can’t wait to return. Only thing we would change is turning the music down a bit as we are old 💨’s
