I recently purchased a dinner meal from Bojangles and was very disappointed with my experience. When I got back to my store after my lunch break. I realized that part of my meal was missing, and the chicken that was included was cold. I called back to the restaurant to address the issue, but the staff refused to replace or remake the meal for the inconvenience. I’ve always enjoyed Bojangles, but this visit was frustrating and far below the quality and service I expect. It’s disappointing to pay for a full meal and receive something incomplete and cold — and even more frustrating to be told nothing could be done to make it right. I hope Bojangles takes this feedback seriously and improves both food quality checks and customer service. I will not be spending my hard earned money at this location. As a Store manager myself they really need to do better with their customer service.

I don’t know the lady’s name but if you can’t deliver good food or season the fries or if you don’t have tenders on hand maybe tell the customer that? The whole order is wrong and even the sweet tea wasn’t sweetened. If you don’t want to do your job then quit instead of doing this bullshit.
