I usually enjoy ordering through the app to build points, but when I placed my order ASAP, Tiana was extremely rude. She told me to step aside and wait for my food even though I was already at the store, and her tone came across as upset and unprofessional. The way she spoke to me in front of other customers made me feel uncomfortable. I’ve always had a good time here, but today’s interaction left me with a negative impression.
