The front pickup/drop off drive area was a mess all along the store front. Just inside the front door a rather disheveled employee was sitting on a bench eating something. I picked up the few items I needed and proceeded to checkout, no one available, so I proceed to self-checkout. There I see a female dressed in all black, head to toe, a full Berka (Mask was surgical). She stood watching behind me, in silence. This felt unsettling and unfriendly, even foreign.
