I have been ordering from this domino's for over 20 years. I don't normally have problems, but I ordered a pizza and it had a wrong topping. When I got to my friends I gave him a couple of slices and I ate 1 slice and I felt something was off; and then as I was eating a second slice I realized that one of the ingredients was wrong. It had a lot of ingredients so it wasn't the easiest thing to spot immediately. Half of the pizza was still in the box. I had worked at 4am that morning and fell asleep for about an hour but I decided to call up the domino's after my nap and see if they could try to make it right as I really dont like the wrong topping that was mistakenly put on.
I talked to 3 different people. None of them ever said sorry we made a mistake. I was told that because half of the pizza was gone and it was a few hours later there was nothing they could do. I have spent easily thousands...probably 10s of thousands with domino's over the years. It is my go to pizza place. I was really disappointed at this response because I don't normally complain. This isn't the first mistake they have made but I really dont like the topping that was put on. I didnt fully notice it at first but on the second piece I could no longer enjoy it and didnt even finish my second slice. I was asked if I could provide proof and offered to bring the pizza up to the store as well as provide a picture. They couldn't resell the pie, so I don't feel like half being missing should be that big of a problem. If all but 1 slice was missing i could understand that it doesn't appear that it was that big of a problem. Half of the pizza is pretty good evidence that the pizza was messed up. If I had pulled toppings off or something it would be pretty apparent. And the wrong topping being on would also be very visible. A mistake was made and the manager i assume was the 3rd person i spoke to, and they didn't really try to make it right for an extremely loyal customer. I have regularly pushed people to get domino's over other pizza chains. I don't know with this experience if I will continue to feel so enthusiastic. It was truly disappointing.

Extremely disappointed! Went to get something to eat on my lunch break which means I only had a limited amount of time. I ended up walking out because I never got service!!!! And I was very hungry!! After almost 10 minutes of no service, I had to leave! There was ONE older guy working and he said he would be with me in a few minutes but he never got with me so I’m just standing there waiting and wasting my lunch break time! Also, the counters look like they haven’t been cleaned in a month. It’s gross. Will not be supporting this place ever.

This location consistently gets the orders wrong. When you walk in you just see a bunch of people standing. Which is even more annoying that the orders are wrong but I won’t be ordering from this location again since it’s too hard to make pizzas apparently.

I ordered two pizzas and eight BBQ wings and got them delivered One pizza was supposed to be made with extra Alfredo sauce, cheddar cheese, and Philly steak. When I received the pizza, it had no sauce or Philly cheese steak on it. I tried calling the store multiple times, but no one answered. By the time I arrived at the store, it was 10:20 p.m., and carryout was closed. I understand that, but I had been trying to reach them since 9:30 p.m. and had received no answer.
When I walked up to the door, I could hear the music playing loudly, which explained why they couldn’t hear the phone. I knocked on the door, and there were two people in the building. One was a dark-skinned man who appeared to be the manager, wearing glasses. The other was a white gentleman. Both saw me knocking at the door but didn’t address me.
I waited for another 10 minutes, and then the white gentleman saw me. He turned his back as if he didn’t see me. I felt disrespected and will not be ordering from this location again. I would totally understand if someone had said something to me besides just looking at me and walking away. Now I’m angry my food is wrong and I feel like they just didn’t care.
