  Sadly I felt the need to make my first review about this chipotle. I’ve been going to this chipotle since my wife, mom and I moved here about 7 months ago. The last 6 months, I’d say, have been off. Sour cream too liquidy, lettuce have gone bad, lobby area has been trashy and the service and attitudes of the employees have declined . I came in not too long ago and I usually take pictures of my receipts for an app but I didn’t get one that day. When I walked in with my mother and wife we were not acknowledged for a few minutes, one of the employees were calling a name for someone to help, three employees came from the back and there’s half a line waiting… my mother was ordering because we’re working on her speech and the employee ( heavy white guy, looks young, medium long hair) seemed to be rushing her or was annoyed. I then decided to order the rest for her. They gave very small portions for all of our bowls, and said “The amount of guacamole put in the bowl is extra, if I give you more it’ll be double.” Which was said being fresh.. I wasn’t even given half a spoon. The manger stood and heard what was said, looked at the bowl and said nothing. I got to the register and asked about one of the employees that would be there the Saturdays I came to get my mother her bowl ( short lightskin/brow skin girl, curly black hair, nose ring) because she would be patient and try to hear my mother without rushing her which is very much appreciated by me and her therapist! I was told they couldn’t give out information about employees and I’d figured she’d been fired which sucked because the customer service from the rest of the employees is very substandard. Unacceptable and I probably won’t return because as I’m paying the energy in the kitchen was very unwelcoming and hearing whispering behind your back is not something people are comfortable with. My whole 43 years of living the customer service and quality of fast food has not been as bad as it is now.

  I’m not one to write a review but the team at 9pm 3/31 at night was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at chipotle. Cheers to the meat guy and the topping guy.

  Friendly staff, good hiring choices. Good choice of music. High quality food. The al pastor chicken was particularly delicious.
