Upon entering your establishment, I observed three employees engaged in stocking and side work, and while I waited for service, Ms. Makayla made eye contact with me, but did not acknowledge my presence. After a period of approximately 30-40 seconds, I inquired about assistance. I am writing to inquire whether your employees receive similar training in customer service as I have, which emphasizes the importance of recognizing guests and providing an estimated wait time, even when occupied.
To be honest, I usually come to this Chipotle because it’s the closest one to my home, and I genuinely like the food. However, my experience last night was very disappointing.
I went around 10:00 PM, and since the store closes at 11:00 PM, I expected normal service. While I understand that there may be fewer options late at night, I still ordered my usual meal, only switching white rice to brown rice.
Unfortunately, the food quality was unacceptable. The rice was extremely hard and undercooked—almost raw—and completely inedible. It felt like chewing on stones. The lettuce also tasted very bitter and strange, nothing like fresh vegetables. When I looked closely, I noticed dark spots on the leaves, which made it seem like the ingredients were no longer fresh.
The next morning, I had severe stomach pain, which made me suspect the food was not safe to eat. I ended up throwing away most of the meal, which was very frustrating.
I’m really disappointed. Basic things like properly cooking rice and checking the freshness of vegetables should not be overlooked. I hope this location improves its food quality and safety standards.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed. However, since this location is very close to my home, I will likely still come back in the future. That said, I will not be deleting this review—I genuinely find this experience unacceptable and very frustrating.
I’m very disappointed with my experience here. We ordered takeout, and a bug that appeared to be a cockroach was found in my daughter’s rice. It was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. I have photos of it in the container.
We’ve loved Chipotle in the past, and our kids especially used to enjoy eating here, which makes this even more disappointing.
This raised serious concerns for me about cleanliness and food safety. I contacted the restaurant directly, but I also want other customers to be aware of my experience.
I hope management takes this seriously, addresses the sanitation issue, and improves their quality control.
Paid $28 for a bowl + chips & queso. (Pickup order)
Asked for corn + sour cream and no corn, no sour cream, paid for double chicken but got the regular portion lol. Chicken is burnt, queso was ice cold, I mean it genuinely couldn’t get worse. And for the price?! - Absolutely not

The dining area was filthy. They were using serving spoons to pry empty food containers out of the serving area (and then using the spoons for food again). The takeout prep person was touching all kinds of non food items and then wrapping burritos with the same gloves on. This is a food safety disaster.
