They are the standard by which others strive for in the business and they are customer service and my pleasure to the core. But the remodel, at the Cary Walnut street Chick-fila. Now has 2 to go lines, one for call-in orders, and one for regular orders. I not-knowingly pulled into the call in order line and the associates were not allowed to walk across that lane to take my order. They told me they weren't allowed to and that I had to drive all the way around the restaurant and come into the different lane. I don't want to do call in orders. Because they show up cold, and they're not fresh. I think this experiment on forcing us to use one line for call-in orders is going to be a failure. Hopefully, they'll wise up.
