In the past 3 months, I've received 6 incorrect orders, some orders without straws or napkins, a rotten fry, 5 other fry orders with uncooked fries in them, an orange hair in my chicken filet patty, incorrect cheese several times and once the wrong sandwich entirely. This is 5x more issues in 3 months than I got in the 5 years prior so clearly something key has changed. Hoping you all can figure it out soon.

I didn't receive any of the 4 sauces I ordered on the app. All of my food was served at room temperature (Mobile order: Drive-thru #10278768). I tried to contact Chick-fil-A through app/website and after navigating their online menus many times it said I had to physically return to the store to file a complaint or receive a refund.
