  Integrity is defined by how you conduct yourself when you think no one is watching or when you think you can get away with a shortcut. My recent experience at the drive through proved that this location lacks that fundamental quality. I ordered a large strawberry lemonade which is a five dollar premium drink. When the employee handed it to me I immediately questioned the size. Instead of checking the order or being honest the gentleman swore up and down that the cup in his hand was a large. When the manager arrived to hand over the rest of my food I asked her for clarification and she immediately confirmed it was actually a medium. It is understandable that a drive through gets busy but there is never an excuse to look a customer in the face and lie. It would have taken only a few seconds to pour the drink into the correct cup. By choosing to lie to save a moment of effort you have instead lost a customer for life. If your staff is willing to be dishonest about a drink size it makes me wonder what else is being handled without integrity behind the scenes. This was a disappointing display of poor service and even worse character.

  DO NOT COME HERE!!! Every time I come around 9:30-10 BEFORE THEIR CLOSING TIME THEY ALWAYS SAYING THEIR OUT OF MEAT OR THEY CLOSEDDDD EARLY!!! They suck here I don’t understand why not just make food for the customers 😭 it’s been multiple times smfhhh

  As an office, we go to this BK about one or twice a month. Typically it’s about what’s expected. Missing an item but not worth the drive back has happened a few times. More often than not a little unorganized and messy/sloppy, but it’s fast food so… Today was an exception from the norm. 2/23 @ 11:11AM whoever made this order, we appreciate it. It was packaged and packed up well, and the burgers were layered with the toppings instead of just piled together. Fries and onion rings were ample and fried to perfection. One of the better fast food meals we as a group can ever remember having. Sincerely wanted to thank the person(s) that put together our lunch today!

  The best French fries I’ve ever had in a fast food restaurant in my life and I just turned 61.

  The manager Julian personally came over to check on us, he was very kind. Food was hot and fresh. Great experience!
