  Kat is a superstar!!! She gave recommendations when they were out of the bagel I normally get with my order and she also showed me how to sign up for the rewards program I wasn’t apart of! New fav location

  Check your orders before you leave this place. Ordered one Western and one Salmon sandwich. Got two salmon bagels. Someone was asleep at the wheel🤔. Also dirty bathroom!

  This location has become one of my favorite places in Cary. Not only can you get a good bagel, Jen, Kat and the gang know who I am and greet me with a smile and a laugh every time I come. In a world where customer service is spotty, I know my experience here is going to be five star.

  I wanted to like this place because the staff were genuinely very kind and welcoming, and the service itself was friendly from start to finish. Unfortunately, my experience with the food and cleanliness was disappointing. I ordered the smoked salmon bagel, and later became sick with what seemed like food poisoning, which made the visit very concerning. In addition, the dining area did not appear well maintained.. the floors and window sills were covered with crumbs, which gave the shop an unclean impression. Friendly customer service is definitely a positive, but food safety and cleanliness need much more attention.
