One time they forgot my cookie in a to-go order, and they actually called me to apologize before I even realized it was missing, then added a free bowl to my account. That kind of customer service goes a long way. My only complaint is that I really miss the double meat for $1 promotion they used to have. Bring that back, and I’d be even happier!
