  I want to recognize Jerimiah at McDonald’s for outstanding service. They were polite, patient, and went out of their way to make sure everything in my order was correct. Even during a busy time, they stayed positive and helpful. Employees like this make a big difference! His kindness truly made my day and this is the best location in Mooore County

  This McDonald's was one of the best McDonald's I've ever had. It had amazing customer service and food was fresh. All other locations I've been to need to go here for training in my opinion.

  This is hands down the best McDonald’s in all of Moore county. Aberdeen, Pinehurst and Carthage need to take notes. I’ve been several times since they opened and every time the staff is friendly, smiling and FAST. The most important part of it all is the Fry’s. Never soggy and limp or stale and hard, they’re always perfect. I went today and saw what I think was a manager (uniform was different) running food out to a car making sure things stayed moving. And when she was headed back inside she was picking up trash in the parking lot. I add 20 min to my drive just to go to this specific McDonald’s because it so much better than the one that’s 5 minutes down the road. Quality over convenience, and this spot is quality.

  Great location, the food is always fresh. I just wish they would have a napkin dispenser so you didn't have to track down an employee to get more napkins.

  I want so bad to be able to go to McDonald’s every now and then to have some Fries and a burger. I ordered online and then waited in the drive thru line window for like 20 minutes. I watched 2 people who were behind me in line get their food first. Inside is just as bad. No drink stations, no straws, napkins, ketchup NOTHING. I don’t understand why companies are so obsessed with making money that they are willing to drive their company into the ground. When we were finally handed our food the lady ran away SO fast I couldn’t even get the ketchup, BBQ and salt we had asked for. I ordered 20 nuggets and 2 medium fries but we were given zero sauces. Our 20 nuggets were short, by about 4, maybe more, by the time we realized we didn’t have enough we couldn’t totally be sure and had already driven away. My only positive is that the food was hot, which is a big deal, but it’s not enough to make me want to come back.
