This restaurant is located in a very small town with minimal choices for food options so it’s a place that I frequent more often than not. In the past month or two alone my experiences have just been horrible. At first it was just little things like wrong sauces, mid food, etc. things that are annoying, but you can get over. Today, however I ordered my food in the McDonald’s app 10 minutes prior to getting to the restaurant so I could go through the drive-through quickly and be in and out. However, when I got there, I was asked to wait at their second window for 5 to 10 minutes while five or six other cars behind me got their orders and then by the time I did get my food I was expecting fresh food for having to wait and all of my food was cold, stale, and disgusting And if you try to bring any of these issues to the managers, attention, (the African-American manager with curly hair that is), she will meet you with nothing but attitude and pretend like there is no issue and like they have done no wrong This McDonald’s has lost my business I will not be returning.
