  I’ve always had bad experiences with this restaurant but tonight was the worst I’ve seen a restaurant done in a while. Placed an order online to pick up at 9:13pm. Got there 5 minutes after the pickup time and my order wasn’t even started yet. I had ordered 2 combo meals with 2 drinks. I patiently wait at first but then realized the chicken they gave us was cold. They didn’t have barely any sides, gave us half filled drinks. They then had to cook my bo-rounds, I waited another 10 minutes for them just for them to be given out to someone else once cooked. By that time it was already 9:35, while in there they were seen on their phones & more focused on closing than customers. I only seen 1 person wearing gloves out of everyone that was working. I preceded to decline the food they had ready and just decided to get a refund through the app. I’ve worked in fast food for 3 years as a teenager so im usually not bothered by mistakes or wait times, but this was just pure chaos and laziness.

  Pulled up to the drive through 5 minutes before closing. That was rude of me but I was starving. The ladies there made me two sandwiches and a mountain dew. God bless them for having heart for a hungry woman who is pms'ing. They made my night and the food was amazing.

  Tgey have a sign says 2 piece dark n side 5.99 Ordered 2 and got one 2 puece thigh no buscuit ni side abd 2 reg teas 10.98 Whwn said some the girl says we tokd you we wereout of legs ne er saud anything to us and when asked why 2 pieces of chicken n 2 reg ice teas was 10.89.was not charged for second oneand excuse given was only xharged for oneyour damn machine screwed upmy irder n git your employess fussed at. If your damn woman computer probably AI cant take orders like placed then you need togo back to a humanbeing taking your order. Thus was at Carthage Will not be back to ANY Bojangles ANY WHERE✋️. 😡🤬

  Huge shoutout to Manager Miriam at Bojangles! I had an issue with a previous order, and she went above and beyond to make it right. She was professional, kind, and apologized for the mix-up. My food was fresh and her service was even better. This is how customer service should be done!
