    I placed an order in app for a double stack biggie bag. As soon as I leave and open my bag I notice my burger is cold!!! Like fresh out of the fridge cold!!! Now I can say the young lady in the window was nice , but no I did not go back! I was too pissed and did not want to be in the drive thru fussing and cussing. I’ll just go to the Caraway Village location from now on.

    My sister and I went there to get the Wednesday collab special. We ordered online and followed the email instruction to click the link when we arrived, waited 20 minutes, and nothing. The screen that shows order status is USELESS, it's not accurate at all. I went up to ask the workers, and they apologized and started preparing my order. They did not get all the items right and asked me what else was missing. Even after giving me all the items, they forgot the sauce. At least a few of the workers were nice, but the slow service and mistakes they made still made my first experience at Wendy's a horrible one.

    Make sure you always ask for your receipt ESPECIALLY at nighttime these people charge extra things to you even if it’s 3 dollars it all adds up for them at the end of the night! Disgusting! Its like someone is training all the newer people to do it.

    Jerrold shouldn’t be working the window, clearly he lacks customer service skills. Even the car behind us said he was being….rather unpleasant. We found out because we were missing items. Editing my review to add that BOTH Dave doubles I purchased were undercooked, they were still pink in the middle and were completely undercooked, taste like it just came out the freezer. I tried calling the store but of course there was no answer… avoid this Wendy’s.
