    My daughter and I stopped in this Arby's location this afternoon, 11 January, 2026 to get the family lunch to-go. Went in, and was greeted by the NICEST counter staff person I have run across in a LONG time! The young lady's name was Keshia. She was SO friendly and courteous. She made sure our order was taken and correct before she called our name. It is folks like this who restore faith in humanity! If half the people we encounter everyday had her attitude, the world would be a better place!! Thank you so much for taking the time, to be kind!! I live two hours away but I will make the effort to come back and see you!

    Quick pick up for my father in law and us for Reubans. We ended up getting jap poppers and mozzarella sticks also. Sides were on point minus they didn't automatically add ranch for the poppers. The Reuban's seemed a bit thin( kraut and meat) for the price. Overall ok (6 out of 10)with the experience.

    Got order alllll wrong AND didn't give us our drinks either. Drive thru wasn't even busy. Sick of paying for stuff that we didnt even get! This place is literally the worst location there ever has been!!!!
