Your customers don't get a discount for doing the work of checking out and should never have to take a full shopping cart through a self check out that only has space to fill 3-4 bags maximum. Absolutely ridiculous and makes it clear you are overworking your employees. Whether you're not hiring enough staff to keep cost down or not attracting enough employees because you underpay people to keep costs down, customers don't care about the bottom line for your investors. What a terrible way to run a business.
