  Mindy was great the food was superb I had the smokehouse burger with coleslaw it's and fries everything was great I used the eastern Carolina sauce on my burger Mindy was beautiful and created a great atmosphere.

  Incredibly good and tasty Brunswick Stew. The brisket sandwich was good too and a little different than the ones we get at smokehouse joints... Great service, although, I think the waitress watered down my pink lemonade refill :) as it came back totally white, but it must have been a mistake. The seats outside have a great view.

  Mindy was great, I don't think she was supposed to be our server as she was working FOH but stepped in and took care of us. Kitchen took longer than expected and the tenders didn't rank high on my list. But overall, Mindy was great and the vibe and ambience was on point.

  There are hidden fees when picking up food, they try to charge an extra $2, doesn't make any sense considering I drove to pick it up. That was adjusted, thankfully. I was starving and excited to try this food, but they let me down w the smoked chicken salad sandwich. It's all onion, no chicken. Mac and cheese was barely ok and the sandwich was pathetic, for $15. Just call it what it is - an onion salad sandwich. one tiny piece of chicken swimming in onions is not worth it, order something else.

  From the first bite to the last, my meal was a standout. The pork barbecue was tender and juicy with just a gentle kiss of smoke that let the meat shine. The shrimp were clearly fresh, with that perfect snap that made them truly finger-licking good. I loved the hush puppies too—light and fluffy inside with a golden, satisfying crunch on the outside. The red coleslaw and some of the local sauces leaned a bit vinegary for my taste, but the house sauce more than made up for it—absolutely fantastic, and even the spicy version had just the right balance of heat and flavor. What really made the experience special was my waitress, Tiffany. She was young and humble, incredibly friendly, and went out of her way to make sure I was happy. When the temperature dropped quickly as the sun set, she noticed right away and kindly changed my order to go without any hassle. She even made sure I had one of each of their barbecue sauces tucked into my to-go bag so I could enjoy them all later. Her warmth and attention to detail added a personal touch you don’t find everywhere. Great food paired with such thoughtful service means I’ll definitely be back—and you should be asking for Tiffany’s section when you visit Sunny Daze! .
