Customers come to MCDs for a positive experience, and it's not fair to take out frustrations on them. Maybe consider calling in and taking some time for yourself?

However, the night crew is rude and always serve old food. 10/10 times they mess up my order and are very rude about it. I just take the loss because I don't feel like having my food spit in or something worse.

Extremely rude and messed the order up. I wanted extra fries not apple slices. Careless and inconsistent and incompetent. One star.
