  They use the stupid system where they send everyone to a parking spot, so it ends up taking longer to serve people, even when it's not busy. Wait 20 minutes to get your cold food, you get back home because you've been getting "fast food" for the better part of an hour, then find out theyve forgotten a portion of your order or messed it up so bad you're not gonna eat it. They fail to deliver on price, speed, or quality. What is the point of this restaurant anymore?

  The foods is hit and miss and most employees are play and helpful but no matter what time you go when they open middle of the day before they close if they're packed out or there's nobody there you'll always be pulled to the side and got to wait for your food no less than 10 to 20 minutes for something as simple as a double cheeseburger and I myself go to this location at least once a day

  The young caucasian girl who took my order was sweet and very professional. The african american girl who was standing there for my order, was very rude because she messed up on my order. How do you mess up on an order that you stood for listening to when she could have helped the customers behind me. She ran to make my strawberry/banana smoothie and I asked for a dome top so I can recieve my entire $4.26 medium smoothie. Instead the black girl with weave to her butt in a ponytail gave me a flat lid with smoothie running over my cup. Obviously the reason I asked for a dome is so I can recieve my entire smoothie in my cup. When I told her I asked for a dome top she rolled her eye and almost hit me with her horse hair when she wiped her head back around with an attitude. For of all I'm the customer I didn't ask her to go make it because there was other customers waiting to be help.

  Love this place. The new management is amazing and just makes the place better. I just hate it when people say “it’s just [insert fast food chain] it shouldn’t be that hard.” Well how about you try working in fast food and deal with the people they have to deal with. And seriously people, come on, their jobs are hard enough without having to deal with all of you people coming into the establishment and complaining about the smallest of things. I saw a review where someone came in late at night and took pictures of random messes… it was probably late when you were there maybe they hadn’t had the chance to clean because they were busy.
