Stopped here with my son, he ordered a footlong Chicken and Bacon, I ordered a 6" Garlic cheese steak, when my sandwich was done, the kid put ranch dressing on it without checking the order, the other lady caught it and offered to pitch this sub and make me a new one, I said I'll keep it because I don't like wasting food, then when we were paying for our food I get an additional 2.40 added for a Bacon upcharge, I questioned the lady but she said thats the deal, I paid and promised to never come back to this store, seems like management/owners don't care about this store, I was disappointed but the lady working that day just didn't care.

My son and I ordered 2 foot long subs through doordash. My son got chicken bacon ranch and had no bacon nor ranch nor aioli sauce on it. My all American club came with no bacon nor aoili sauce. I never leave bad reviews but this was the worst sub ever! This subway will never have my business ever again, will order from Jersey Mike's from now on. Door dash didn't fix the sandwich and did a great job delivering. Neither was our bread toasted.

I went in there today to order a sandwich and there was a young man working there, I believe his name was Landen( maybe wrong on his name), nonetheless, he was extremely kind! You are very lucky to have him working at your location!

We walk in and IMMEDIATELY the woman working by herself i assume was absolutely bitchy and rude she wouldn’t let me get my words out to tell her what i wanted and she was the worst person by far. this place needs new hire.

Extremely disappointed. I just came in asking for a footlong sandwich and when it came time to order my vegetables I said I’d like all the veggies (have ordered the same thing for 20 years) the female worker tells the new guy to put enough veggies for a 6inch on my foot long sub. I said no I’d like enough for a footlong.. per my order… it’s a footlong sub… she said we can’t cause they have quotas to make. I said what? I can order extra veggies online and I have NEVER been told that in my life… so I pay for a footlong and get robbed and only enough in the sandwich for a 6inch cause of her “quotas”, thats robbery. I’ll keep going back to Swansboro and order from there from now on cause they have never told me they can’t put everything on my sub cause of a “quota”. Btw the new kid was wonderful and seemed super uncomfortable with other employee request.
