  I have the McDonalds app and for some reason mine does not work properly. This is the third time I’ve been there that I could not get my free rewards from my app bc the app wouldn’t reproduce a new code and no one there knew how or could fix it - so yet again. To bad so sad. The app is pretty much useless !

  This location is insanely slow. The food was at least hot and fresh but they had me standing there 25 minutes for 1 burger.

  If you want to eat in a timely manner, do not go to this store, or any McDonald's owned by Purcell Foods. No customers in the dining room, and it took 20 minutes to get a Happy Meal. The manager blamed it on "a new cashier." He refused to give me the franchisee owner or corporate contact information.

  We ordered curbside pick up and waited for 10 minutes after submitting our parking spot number. Cars were flying through the drive through while we waited for two happy meals and one value meal.

  *edit* I submitted a complaint through that link before I even wrote the review. I assume those just go somewhere and get ignored. There’s a huge issue with management here and it needs to be fixed. It’s McDonalds, this shouldn’t be hard.” We’ve had multiple issues with this McDonald’s, but today was the final straw that made me decide to write a review. Our entire Happy Meal was missing from the order, so we had to drive all the way back to get it. By the time we got home, everyone’s food was cold. We chose the Happy Meal option that comes with two fries, but when we opened it, one of the kid-sized fry containers was completely empty. The kid-sized fries are small as is, so with only one actually filled, it wasn’t enough for a full meal. This isn’t the first time we’ve had problems here, we’ve had multiple issues with items being missing from the order, food slapped together and extremely messy, food being cold when we get it..,and it’s happened often enough that it seems like a management issue rather than an occasional mistake. Some of the staff are great! Very friendly, professional, etc. But some are completely inefficient…they seem like they’re in a bad mood, very cold and short. When you tell them something was missing or whatnot, they act annoyed like you’re the problem. It’s just inexcusable at this point, and they’re the closest McDonald’s for everyone in this area. Otherwise you have to go to Swansboro or Morehead.
