  Tried ordering on my laptop - website didn't work. Tried on my phone - error message. Tried calling in - finally got someone after waiting 5 minutes (that must have been in a call center and barely understood english), gave my entire order, repeated half the order, then was told I have to pay over the phone with card because the store is so busy.. seriously. I want to pay CASH for a $10.70 order. What a waste of 20 minutes, I should be eating right now instead of typing this.

  This location is not open until 11PM! Even though the front door says it is! Both the website and Google state this location is open for carry out until 11PM, delivery until 10PM and dine in options until 10:30PM. I walked in this location at approximately 10:17PM expecting to order carry out. I was greeted by an older gentleman who's first words were "are you picking up." Not the industry standard "what can I help you with" which I understand its towards the end of the day he may have had a long day but the store is advertised as being open for carry out until 11PM and dine in options until 10:30PM. So I replied "no, we need to-" and before I could finish my sentence this gentleman had engulfed his face with a huge smirking grin, the kind of smirking grin that let me know he was excited about telling me no, he wasn't going to make me a pizza. Anyways in a loud tone of voice interrupted me and said SORRY WE'RE CLOSED. I replied "well the door and the website says you're open." He replied "yeah we need to change that." Then proceeded to immediately walk off and laugh with another employee.

  Ypu can tell the crew is understaffed at times and could use some help. Good service even better thin crust pizzas!

  Website says the small pizza has 8 slices. According to the person that finally answered the phone it was only six. Somebody needs to correct this

  We ordered Dinner for the kids at 7:59pm on 12/1/25 to make a long story short never got it tracking are order said 2 min a way then 5 min checked 20 min away. cheeked back 30 min 45 min away. then we looked one last time trying to see where it was know its 9:45pm and said 88 min away. never got are food no one answered the phone at that location. and no one would help.
