  Empty restaurant went through drive though with 1 car ahead of me and waited 20 min in line. When we got to the window the woman stated price took our card handed card back and handed food no words said... this Bojangles needs customer service training

  This restaurant only survives because there’s nothing else around, breakfast is usually pretty good but afternoon is a crap shoot they area chicken restaurant but chicken is rarely ready or they offer what they they have usually not what you want or today took the cake they had chicken ready but they had no sides so offered chicken in place of the sides it’s really discouraging to drive out your way banking on getting what you want only to find someone dropped the ball in doing their job properly should of been working instead of smoking

  Great store. Food has always been fresh and delicious. No dry/burnt biscuits here!

  Zack, the manager and Abagail and all the team there are just amazing every time I go in they are super nice and courteous and kind - Someone give them a star a day off a reward of some kind because they always go out of their way for customer service. They are stellar. I’ve never had bad service here!!! ❤️

  No boberry biscuits or sweet potato pies, no sweet tea in lobby, didnt fill cup up all the way with sweet tea from the back since there was none in lobby. Just not very great for 2pm on a Saturday to be out of everything
