  Fries were cold.. right out the drive thru... I like my fries hot.. and They were a little better than room temperature... took them to the beach and fed the birds.. as I stated.. I like hot fries.. somewhere between 130 and 140 degrees... and They weren't even close..

  I went to Wendy's a friend had asked me to get the there order I ordered waited a bit in line for cold nuggets and under cooked French fries I really hope I don't get food poisoning or get sick from this.

  I did a mobile order for drive thru pick up on 3/16/26. While it was the day we had the big storm and no one wanted to get out of their cars, why did it take 55 to get through the drive thru? Every car waited at the speaker for a good couple of minutes. You sat at the window waiting for your food too. By the time I got my order I had to reheat it. Also, why would you put sour cream in the bottom of a bag with food that once was hot and then it sat for 45 minutes!? Instead of having the one in the food court close it down and bring over those employees.

  Went throught the drive thru and expected the food to be atleast warm since there were 5 cars in front of me but I was sadly mistaken, the food was cold. I had to warm my food up in the air fryer when I got home.
