  I don’t know how this Wendy’s stays in business. They’re constantly closed during posted hours, and apparently it’s normal to shut down for 30 minutes in the middle of the day because they’re “cleaning.” That’s something you schedule properly — not something customers are punished for. The staff at the window are consistently rude and unprofessional. It feels like you’re inconveniencing them by simply placing an order. And don’t expect your food to come out the way you asked for it. Customizations are ignored more often than not, and asking for sauce or anything extra seems to be a lost cause. Half the time you can’t even order certain menu items because the equipment is “being cleaned.” How is something always being cleaned during peak hours? That’s poor management, not bad luck. To top it off, the employees openly complain about being understaffed or having to work — as if that’s somehow the customer’s responsibility. That’s not how you run a business. 10/10 would not recommend. You’re honestly better off going to Taco Bell before this place disappoints you again.

  No one at register for 11 minutes. not busy, I asked if they were open, cause they did not even bother with me. Manager pops his head and stated well be right there in a minute we're finishing orders. Simply walked out. It's No Wonder they have 3 stars. Horrible customer service. No thank you Wendy's.....

  That brownie Oreo frosty made with chocolate is amazing! Also, everyone I’ve ever had contact with her has been exceptionally kind and professional, especially the managers. This is the only Wendy’s I go to anymore because it’s the only one that’s consistently excellent in every way. :)

  Ordered 4 burritos for the guys I work with, got told by the drive through lady it was too many and she doesn’t like me. Then she came to the window gave me a death stare and told me again she didn’t like me. The one working the window also asked me if I eat all 4 of them… super unprofessional especially for a Wendy’s on base. Wouldn’t recommend

  Food was cooked to death dry and nearly burnt. Manager on shift was rude and pushy, the second we said a sentence to order, he roughly yelled "anything else!?" in a quick and annoyed tone. We felt rushed and didn't have a second to think. To top it off, our food ended up smelling like his cologne, all of our cups had it on it too and it was to the point we could taste it every time we took a bite.
