I’m not sure who it was as she never stated her name but this Pizza Hut needs to get better employees or teach them customer service skills.

My order was placed at 12:22 pm and didn’t arrive until 2:00 pm, even though I only live 10 minutes away from the store. When it finally showed up, the pizza box was smashed, the pizza was cold, and my 2L drink had been tossed into the same heating tray as the pizza instead of being in a separate bag like usual. Lesson learned—no reason to call the store to complain, but future customers should know what they’re dealing with. Definitely not the experience I expected.
