  The drive through older woman w/glasses 👵🏻 was rude when I walked inside to place and order, instead of letting the other drive through person continue the drive through orders and help me since i she helped everyone else infront of me & then waited to tell me its going to be awhile she had orders? Like how rude 😒 🙄 the manager looks like she was interviewing someone so i tried to be understanding but i just hate rude experiences like this.

  This location gave us old cold nugget's, wrong sauces, and wrong toppings on the burgers. Only stopped here running out of time and won’t be back!

  Our first order, that we made online, had a chicken sandwich that was definitely not the deluxe and definitely not cooked. My husband had to drive all of the way back to get another one, which they still did not put all of the topping on the chicken sandwich so he had to ask them to add them. Then when he got home, turns out it was a spicy chicken patty that they put on there. I cannot eat raw or spicy chicken… but somehow I had both and am now very ill. We will never go back.

  The food was cold. I stood a long time at the front before anyone came to take my dine in order. The lobby was freezing cold and my hands went numb. Service was not great and I was basically ignored while waiting to order. No manners, thank you, have a good day, nothing. They need to work on customer service. The food is overpriced. I could have purchased a fresh smashburger from Buffalo Wild Wings for what I paid for the Baconater combo. Overall not great.

  Let me start with the fact that I’ve never expected to get excellent service since I understand it’s a fast food chain restaurant. But to place a mobile order 48 minutes before arrival and still have to wait for food, it’s beyond crazy! The lady assisting with the door dash orders was having a hard time reading the screen and complaining that “there was too much going on”… literally 3 orders, 3 receipts. Then I asked for a second time after 5 minutes, the status of my mobile order and she walked away to serve fries and nuggets without gloves, after scratching her hair, touching her eyes and feeling at burgers that were ready on standby to be placed in bags… yes, at this point I should’ve known better. Please see my “baconator” as reference. I could’ve driven back and ask for a refund but I did not have the energy after seeing a police officer make an entrance due to an alleged disturbance with an unsatisfied client.
