I ordered two smoothies last night and drove to pick them up, but Google showed the store as CLOSED in red letters, so we turned around. When I went in the next day, the owner said they were actually open, but she refused to refund or remake the l smoothies I paid for and never received. She offered 20% off on a future purchase which doesn’t make up for the full loss. Even if the online hours were wrong, that’s not the customer’s fault, and I expected better customer service, especially from a place we’ve supported for so long. The owner seems heartless. We will not be back.

The manager is very rude and doesn’t treat her employees kindly, which was very uncomfortable to witness. She also didn’t seem to care about the customers or listen to concerns, which made the whole experience unpleasant. I truly hope management steps in to make some changes, because the staff and customers deserve better.
