  Absolutely unreal experience. I placed a mobile order, drove there to pick it up, and was flat-out told I was not allowed to pick it up. No explanation that made sense. No attempt to help. Just “we won’t serve you.” So let me get this straight: you take my money, make the order impossible to pick up, refuse to give me the food, and then also refuse to give me a refund? On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was the problem for expecting the food I already paid for. Why even have mobile ordering if you’re just going to trap people into paying for food they’re not allowed to receive? This wasn’t a mistake it was handled with zero professionalism and zero accountability. Wasted time, wasted money, and an attitude that made it even worse. I will not be back, and I’d strongly recommend thinking twice before using mobile order here unless you enjoy being ignored and ripped off.

  Slow drive thru and my order was not made correct and the ones that were correct were not stuffed at all barley had anything in the burrito .

  I ordered online some nachos waited 30 minutes and was never recognized when I came to the counter until I finally waved someone down. The girl kept saying in front of customers she was about to walk out. This happened today around 4:45
