  03/27/2026 around 8pm. I placed an order for 5 McChickens with sweet and sour sauce through the drive-thru, but when I reached the window to pick up my order, I realized I needed one ranch sauce, which I was willing to buy. The manager, displaying a nasty attitude while preparing my order, told the cashier that I needed to pay for my sauce, and I was willing to do so during the preparation of my order. When I finally received my order, I parked my car to check if everything was there and then noticed that two of my McChickens were missing. I went inside to request my two missing sandwiches without bringing my bag, because why would I take my bag inside? It was only logical to check my receipt. You wound up with two McChickens leftover that were mine. The manager came over to the counter with a bad attitude and demanded to know where the bag was. Before going back to my car, I told her that I didn’t like her attitude. When I finally brought my bag, she saw me place it on the counter and decided to completely ignore me, hiding to avoid giving me the rest of my order. I realized I was being ignored, so I asked the cashier upfront for my two McChickens; however, she ignored me as well and engaged in conversation with the manager who was hiding. The second manager approached, and after I informed her that my sandwich was missing, she quickly gave me my two sandwich without any difficulty. An immature and rude woman like this has no place as a manager, especially when she can’t treat a paying customer with respect and made me feel as if I were stealing something I had already paid for using my business card. She should have realized, since she was the one who prepared my order, that she hadn’t included my two missing sandwiches.

  Feel like I got robbed . Ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle at the drive through. Opened my bag a mile down the road, NO SAUSAGE. NO RECEIPT. Typical service from over entitled employees.

  Only Ketchup doesn’t mean take back the patty and wipe off the onions. Still had onions all over the burger even after. Not good food safety practices or for those who could be allergic.

  Busy even between mealtimes, but friendly service from a cashier with a sunshine pin. Could tell our burgers were freshly cooked. Very clean. Just off the interstate.
