    I travel hundreds of miles regularly and travel through for pit stops or a little something. This bathroom stop was notable to the point where I would have given it 5 star for the bathroom alone. Clean, fresh, and the sinks aren't abnormally close to the counter such that handwashing isn't a chore. The only thing I'd add is paper towel option for drying. Minus a star as I tried to purchase and they fumbled the order, not letting me scan for points and then canceling the order and trying to get another associate involved and thus his trying to step in was draining and awkward enough that I thought it best to leave (I have many more miles to go!). Congrats to management on a great job keeping a busy location clean for a picky public bathroom customer.

    The fast food industry has definitely declined since the fore fathers designed their product. The only thing I requested on this day was a large hot coffee (which I told them I would greatly wait if they needed to prepare fresh coffee). The code I provided didn't work, the coffee was lukewarm and it tasted like it had been sitting for hours. The associates were young and not in the mood to do any work. Unfortunately this can be said about many of the restaurants around Durham. We're really just wasting money.

    Standard mcdonalds. Good food and ok service. This location has a lot of newer workers that you can expect the "first time job" attitude but love the manager whos in charge of them. Place is clean and kids love the playplace. Usually busy and have to wait but never really had a problem with this location. Just check your bag before you leave.
