  they didn’t listen to my order at all, forgot my drink and i told them what i ordered and the guy was rude and gave us attitude for no reason when we weren’t even rude, not to mention we waited in the drive thru for at least 20 mins for 3 drinks and 1 wrap, ridiculous. the guy who took our order said his name was john but i highly doubt that, he had no name tag and is a young white male with no facial expressions. the name on my cup for the register is alexander j so that might be him.

  Anytime I go here which has been almost everyday. The staff is great but one really implement the tropical smoothie standard. Mesha always provide top notch service and make sure the order is correct the first time. Will always be my go to as long as she is there.

  I waited in the drive-thru for about 30 minutes, and when I finally got to order, the employee seemed confused about what I was asking for. My sandwich came with bacon even though I specifically said no bacon. My açaí bowl was made incorrectly three times. I ordered no coconut, pineapple instead of banana, and peanut butter drizzle. The first time, it had coconut and banana with no peanut butter. The second time, they added peanut butter but still left the banana. The third time, instead of remaking it, they appeared to remove the banana from the same bowl and just throw pineapple on top. The peanut butter was originally put on bananas, so there was none actually drizzled over the new toppings. At that point, it was clear the order wasn’t being remade property. Just altered and handed back. After a 30-minute wait, that level of carelessness is unacceptable. I’ve had repeated issues at this location, and this will be my last visit. I spent $21 on food I couldn’t even enjoy.

  I had a horrible experience with Uber Eats recently who would not refund me for an incomplete order nor send another courier out to pick up the remaining order. I called and explained the situation and Sean, the manager, was so kind and offered to replace what was missing from my order on the house even though it was not their fault. Thanks so much Sean and staff for the superb customer service! I continue to go back to this location and always have great service and quality products!

  Usually pretty decent but best when the manager is in. Previous time I went my drink was completely wrong. Tasted very off and smelled rotten. I paid $9 for a smoothie that I couldn't even drink. Im not usually picky either.
