  4/23/26 18:16 I ordered corn dogs, tenders fries and 2 drinks. Was not asked what sauce I wanted on the speaker. Got to the window and was charged an extra 40 cents for honey mustard. The little girl at the window had a bad attitude. There was only 2 honey mustard in the bag (which was included with the tender meal) so I went back inside to get the 4 honey mustard that I was charger for. Mind you this same little girl saw me inside and said nothing just looked at me. Stood waiting so long inside that ppl I was with was wondering if everything was okay. This is freaking ridiculous. I gladly stood there till someone came to the counter. I’m guessing the managers were Deshaun & Erica because that’s what on the top of the receipt. Teach yalls team to give people what they paid for especially in this economy.

  Always some kind of issue here. Out of menu items all the time, constantly getting orders wrong, ice cream machine conveniently broken at night, and drive thru only 3/4 of the day, and rude staff. I gave it chance after chance, won’t be coming back again it’s a waste of time and money.

  The wait is always 20+ minutes and the food is disappointing. sonic seems to falsely advertise their products. Once we ordered an ice cream that was advertised to have brownie in it. When we got it and there were no brownies they said it had “brownie flavored chocolate chips” and would not give us a refund. The food is consistently made wrong. Very disappointing and honestly a waste of money. you could be eating better food with better service anywhere else.

  Ordered and paid at 1:00 (mozzarella sticks), waited until 1:15 to ask how much longer because 15 mins for a side order felt like a bit much but no worries, 10 mins later i get my drinks but no food. Okay cool I ask for a refund for the food over the speaker again and the guy goes silent. No worries if youre talking to your manager but can you let me know? The last time I went to a sonic was in TN in maybe 2021, and this was God punishing my gluttony for ever going back. I went to the gym this morning and was starving but was fueled by irrational anger of waiting 30 minutes for food I never got while watching the drive thru speed through. It was funny for like 20 minutes. Anyways shoutout to the manager who I think saw me break down in the drive thru when the guy over the headset smacked his teeth at me, he gave me a refund no fuss but I will literally never ever go there again i’m gonna have to try cookout.
