- TWTammy Wofford1 day ago1.0We came to eat waited about 1 hour to be seated. Waited another 30-45 minutes for out food when it came it was cold.Spent about 21/2 hours there total. Worst experience we've had. Will never go back

We stood there for a while before wondering to a booth to seat ourselves. I don’t know if the workers were in a meeting or on break, but we ended up leaving without ever seeing a worker. I only order food from this location through DoorDash, that is the best way to guarantee you’ll be served. The steak tastes amazing with mashed potatoes & a baked potato on the side!

They cooked my medium steak so well done that it was tough as jerky. They forgot her baked potato and she was looking forward to having a full meal. I work in the food service industry and this is unacceptable. Your staff is either too incompetent or they lack pride in their job to perform correctly. For my first experience with Outback your store has failed miserably. I spent $60 for trash food and missing items. Do better!
