  This store customers service is horrible. They are remodeling the store, they need to remodeling the managers. I asked for a corporate number from the night manager and she said , "Google it! , and did! You place an order online with the times available and when you get there the employees are outside in the parking lot as if they were at a camp fire. I requested a call back from the manager of the store and never got it. I requested my order to ve canceled, never was cancel. I will go were I am appreciated even if I have to pay more. I am not your doormat.

  I tried to shop here and was told by a seemingly annoyed employee at the door that the store was closed even though it was almost 2 hours before closing time. He said they were closing early that day, and would be closing at 10 for the rest of the week. Tried going even earlier a couple days later and was told once again that they’re closed, even though it was 8:45 and it was clear there were other shoppers in the store. Tried going to another nearby location and they closed early too. What kind of company does renovations to every area location at the same time, knowing it will affect their hours? Why wasn’t the public made aware of this ahead of time? As expensive as it is, I’ll be shopping at Harris teeter from this point onward.

  I recently visited Food Lion store number 0894 on Ramada Road in Burlington, N.C. quite honestly the staff/ associates never made any attempts to greet me and not even the cashier the staff was talking among themselves back and forth not relating to customer orientation and or customer service business is not being conducted in a professional manner and quite frankly customer service seems to be thrown to the waistside displays were being changed and signs were in the floor causing a trip hazard staff made no attempts to pick up the sign and kept changing out a wing or side panel however you decide to call it the Food Lion catchers of fresh, friendly and affordable is being subjected by their own employees.

  Honestly, I'm not a real big fan of food lion. This particular Food Lion is okay but I felt it was not very cleaned and most of the selections are minimal period not very many organic choices. Not highly impressed, however, the girl working the register was very very nice.
