Absolutely delicious! Fast and friendly service. I ordered a regular bacon cheeseburger all the way with medium fries and small drink. Drink was well-carbonated and fresh. Burger was enormous! Perfectly cooked, tender, fresh toppings. They gave me enough fries for 2 to 3 people. They were crispy and well seasoned. For those with smaller appetites, the burger could easily be split between two people. Spent $23. Pricey for one person but considering the portion sizes I would say it's comparable to other fast food restaurants but taste much better. Will definitely go again.

All the 5 guys are GREAT, far outdoing ANY of the massive corporate chains (until they get bought out by them), then it will be straight down into the trash, like everything else. But for now, ENJOY!

I had 2 separate orders and each one was packed and perfectly filled. The site was spacious and very clean; however, the food did not have a lot of flavor. I was a little disappointed (but hungry so yes I ate some of it).

5 guys is a treat. Great burgers, high price, but you get what you pay for. Or you used to, now burgers are less than 1/3 the size and weight .
But the price is higher.
Save your money…Cookout is right there.

I ate at the Burlington lo ation. I did get my meal to go. I ate outside in my vehicle.
Lets start with the positives.
The fries. They were hot and just came out of the frier.
That's it.
The bad.
$20 for a small bacon cheeseburger-fries-and regular drink.
The burger was warm, but there was so much ketchup and mustard on it i couldn't taste anything else.
The bacon was so overcooked it just tasted like burnt sticks.
The bun. By the time the burger was done cooking the bun had cooled off and was very offputting.
I dont mind paying $20 for a meal, but not a bad meal. Do not recommend.
What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment. The bags allow air to circulate better, so fries stay fresh during delivery and takeout. Same portions, same great fries – just smarter packaging that’s also better for the environment.
