Everybody in the restaurant had a really bad attitude. They had nothing in stock and my husband got a tea and it tasted like it was Moody and not clean.

took forever, no ranch at 5:45 pm, each employee looks miserable with there life horrible attitude, drinks tasted horrible, went in to get it exchanged and the lady grabs the cups and slams them down looking me up and down asking “what’s the problem” then i open the bag to make sure the orders correct and the everything is turned upside down as if they just carelessly tossed it in there

Just went there today and the Young lady at window was just rude! I ordered a combo with a Coke extra ice. Got the drink which was mostly carbonated water my 70 year old mother told her it didn’t like right she proceeded to argue her down. Then she asked us if we wanted something else all while doing these rude hand gestures and making rude comments. So I say Dr Pepper and mom follows with with extra ice. The young lady was so flustered she answered ‘you want extra ice it’s already extra ice’ a very rude and condescending manner. I guess she forgot in that short of a time span she had asked if I wanted something else. Then she started to get loud with my mother which was crazy to me. The manager came trying to resolve the issue by then things were heated. She proceeded to tell us that she didn’t even have to finish this conversation if she didn’t want but her tone later changed. The Young lady in the middle of us talking to the manager slings the food towards us and thrusts the change at us all while dropping it. I have worked in service in different industries for over 20 years and there is definitely a time and place to vent. Not to mention the food was subpar cold fries and Chicken sandwich was not done in the middle. Waste of almost $10 😡

Got a cold burger that had more mayo than meat on it, along with some cold gross fries that tasted like they had gone through the grease bath at least twice.
