This is a severe failure of basic hygiene. We immediately stopped eating the entire pack—we were left with seven uneaten tacos. When I called the store, the manager's response was unbelievable. I explained the disgusting situation, and she said she could only refund the seven tacos we didn't eat. Are you kidding me? A health hazard like this taints the entire order! The fact that I had to start eating the food to discover the hair should not be my fault. Her refusal to issue a full refund shows a complete lack of concern for customer safety and basic common sense
