- CRCourtney RobersonSep 4, 20251.0I paid for extra turkey and cheese on my sandwich and barely received the correct portion you normally receive. Then I said well I'm hungry I will look past that and eat it anyway. Once I took my first bite, I knew that would now longer be an option. The sandwich was so full of salt and pepper that it was not edible. The too much pepper taste is still burning my mouth. If I knew that door dash changed the location from Elon to this one, I would have never ordered from Subway. This store needs to be shut down immediately. There is too many issues that are not being resolved. They just don't care at this location.

The one lady was busy in the back workibg, while the other one was out here talking with her friend and continued to talk while we waited. That wasn't the worst part...so we order our regulars and go to cashout and I bought chips and wanted a lrg drink...she proceeded to tell me I could have the lrg cup that is labeled "SUBWAY" BC IT IS FOR THE PIZZA SHOP! I said I have bought that size at all the other subways she prceeded to tell me that is the rules. Then 3 people come behind us and the get a sub, chips and the large drink! Wow really Subway!
