- LWL WmsFeb 18, 20261.0I ordered a sub today 02/18/2026. After my order went through and was paid.Checked my order status and it was cancelled went back 5 mins later it said delivered. It takes at least 20 mins or more to receive a delivery order from DoorDash. I called three times to this subway and the first time they told me to wait so I waited 15 mins called back a second time and they asked my name and phone number said order hadn’t come through. Third time I was told they never received the order there was no order in the system. So where did my money go it says pending in my card. All they had to do was refund me my money. Now I have to dispute it and wait 2-3 days just to get MY money back. I will never order from here again.!!!!! That’s 18.80 I’m out of you needed money that bad you need to go do some tricks!!!!
