To start, our order was completely wrong. Ordered the outlaw and the Philly and was given something that looks like tuna/chicken salad. I tried to eat it to at least give it a try as I was hungry but it was absolutely awful and warm. Service was not good at all. Tried to go in the store at 8:15 and the door was locked. Went through the drive-through instead as we saw other cars doing the same thing. I ordered my husbands sandwich and before I could ask to add anything else to the order I was cut off and told to drive forward. I asked if I could add another sandwich and I got no reply and sat there for another five minutes before he came back over the intercom to ask if I needed anything else. I ordered my sandwich, and as I was about to add a side and drink I got cut off and he told me to pull forward so I didn’t order anything else. When we got to the window, he asked for our order again. I don’t know if their system is down or what but I was shocked at the service given that we go here all the time, and I have had great experiences, but this was an exception. I don’t think they were short staffed because when we try to walk in the store, I saw three people working the front and then the store manager (that we have met before) that was working the back. I wish I knew why places around Burlington close almost an hour early before their official closing time. Probably won’t be returning to this location.

We have never been to this Subway, but we will definitely go back again.
The customer service is wonderful and the way they can keep up with the drive thru, delivery and people coming inside for their orders is purely amazing. If we could give them 10 stars we would.

Well I go in alot to get the same sun I always get, the woman didn't even ask me what cheese I wanted and I do pepper Jack alot. Also I said light mayo and she puts the regular mayo. She barely put stuff on my sub. It was awful, she had an attitude while she did it too. I dont appreciate it. I will never come back to this subway ever again.
