Order was incorrect, They keep using door dash drivers instead of hiring people. The door dasher was supposed to be a woman named Vanessa, the person who pulled up was a man who had thrown the pizza in back seat without being in bag so it wasn’t hot. Lame.

Placed a delivery order that was never delivered yet the tracker told me it was. I called the store and the manger said she closed her store down early and they can make it another day. It’s 2 hours after I placed the order. Very unprofessional and rude. She laughed in my ear like my money and time is something to be played with. What pizza place closes at 8:30pm. Do better “Manager”. I asked for the general managers info and when will they be in, she said she is the general manager, yikes.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered 2 medium pizzas and only received one called and spoke with Nicole, the manager, and she was extremely rude and acted like I was inconveniencing her when I was missing a whole pizza. When I called, she stated, "Well, what do you want me to do, ma'am. She was very rude and did not take ownership of the mistake that was made. Advised that I will be calling corporate offices to report her, and her attitude will not be ordering Papa John's again, will stick to Pizza Hut, as they have better customer service.

I ordered pizza at 1130am to be delivered at 5p. I checked the "pizza tracker" at 5p and it was still making, but showing as potentially being delivered at 510p. So I decided to call Papa John's, ha!, I sat on the phone for an hour with no one answering. Finally I called corporate to try and cancel the order and get a refund, corporate said that they couldn't but would put in a ticket and try to call the store too. Corporate couldn't reach the store! Delivery guy arrived about 2 hours later saying pizza had been sitting, well we already did something different for dinner. Now, I have to fight for my money back on services not rendered. I got an EMAIL from the store, telling me to call them... hahaha..what a JOKE! Do better Papa John's!! Normally my favorite pizza but aftwr this experience, I will NOT be back for a long time and I recommend you go elsewhere too! If you cant order pizza 5 and half HOURS ahead of time and get it on time or even a call to say hey, we will be 2 HOURS late, then it isnt worth the hassle!
