    So over the last few months the Asiago bagels have been steadily shrinking. Now they're almost half the size of a regular bagel, have no hole in them, and are round, like a dinner roll. I bought 13 this last time and they took up half the space they usually do. The one in the pic wasn't the smallest, this one is average. Starting to feel pretty cheated at this point. I know everyone is doing the shrink-flation thing but this is really egregious. Beside this the cinnamon roll is half it's original size too. No one talks to you when you come in, I could've taken anyone's to go order. The kitchen was a train wreck with food all over the floor. Anyway, we get a dozen every couple weeks but at this point I might drive another 10 minutes to get to a different Panera and see if they know how to make the bagels any better.

    The person at the counter was friendly at our time of visit. The food came out quickly and correct. The food quality is ok but not worth what it cost. If we hadn't had a gift card we wouldn't have stopped.
