Tiffany is by far the best server, bartender, and manager you have! The food is always awesome; she makes sure we are always happy and full. Tiffany even entertained my small child when we came for a visit just so I could eat and enjoy my dinner! This woman is by far the total package; give this woman a raise, please!!! Tiffany goes above and beyond the call of duty in every role she plays there. I’ve seen her do many things. We love coming to Outback for the amazing food, environment, and especially Tiffany; she makes our time there the absolute best!!!!

Wife and I stopped in the Burlington NC outback steakhouse and the food was absolutely delicious and the service was on point. No complaints at all. But what ever you do don't eat at any Durham or Raleigh outback steakhouse because you will be so damn disappointed.

I began searching for a special dining experience for Valentine's Day dinner for four over a week in advance, trying online, phoning, and using OpenTable---all very frustrating. Someone had told my wife Outback Steakhouse had gone down in quality and service, but I called and surprise, got reservations for 7:00, prime time, a week in advance. The place was packed---not a good sign; I circled in the parking lot 10 minutes and finally parked a block away in the street. After pushing our way through the masses, we were told they don't take reservations, but they would honor our 7:00 "call ahead" ---again, not a good sign. People were milling around inside and outside, and our party figured if we ever got seating it would still take forever to be served. I was shocked when our number was called after only 20 minutes. All of us agreed: the food (I loved the ribs) was tasty and well prepared, and the service was friendly, professional, and timely---in spite of how busy they were. Outback turned a potential disaster into a great outing. We will definitely return for a Blooming Onion.

It all started with a phone call to see if they took reservations for big parties and they said they did so we reserved a time and when we arrived we seen another big party going in that didn’t have reservations but was seated for ours and their explanation was that they don’t do reservations but on the phone call they did and that is the only reason why we went there. So we had to wait 45 minutes which wasn’t terrible but apparently the cook doesn’t know how to cook a steak to temp requested, two people in our party traded steaks and I sat and ate my potato and asparagus while everyone else ate I had to ask for my steak to be brought out by the time I got it the others in my party were boxing their food and I wasn’t hungry anymore. The bills were brought to be split and the waiter told another person in our party he comped her steak and I am pretty sure comp means take it off your bill and I asked if I am the one sat without a steak while everyone else ate why didn’t mine get comped and he told me they just have to show it had been removed but you still pay for it but if the manager had to come out twice for the steak then it would be free, they don’t just give out steak for free. Excuse me for being a well rounded Grandmother that makes 6 times what you make a year but I wasn’t trying to get anything for free I could buy the steakhouse. Terrible Service and terrible STEAK. I WOULD NOT EVEN BUY THE PLACE! We did for my party of two out of the big party leave the young guy a $20 cash tip so he can buy himself a steak. By the way I suggest you have your employees to take the word free out of the vocabulary for your customers. When you have a party bigger than 10 you may need to put to waiters to the table.
