Both times have they taken a long time to serve the food (about 1 hour wait time) without there restaurant being full and with very few people. Once you receive the food, it’s disappointing realizing that it’s cold, and the taste isn’t worth the price if we’re being frank. The waitresses are nice, try their hardest to appease you, but the cooks, or whoever they have in the back, should be fired because they’re absolutely killing time. The cold food isn’t worth the wait time. Mánager if you’re reading this, fix your system and stop coming up with excuses (your supposed grill wasn’t working) because it’s now two seperate times I’ve had this experience. Customers, just go to Chili’s.
