The only reason I gave it the two stars that I did was because of the only two employees (Dutchess and Robert) that made this entire experience memorable in a good way. I arrived around 2:30 and placed several orders as I bought some kids that I mentor to come and eat and the kiosks were out of receipt paper, so when we went to the register to pay Dutchess greeted us with a smile and had an amazing temperament as she engaged with the kids accompanying me. Per the receipt, one of the orders was placed at 2:45, at 3:35 the other person who made this experience memorable, Robert, came and asked what we were waiting for, the only person who came to check on us and see what we were waiting on and even made small talk with me about the boys. Once Robert was preparing our food his manager came up to him and gave him a hard time and tried to be discreet about it but wasn’t discreet enough. Robert continued to make our food and get it to us, and though it was almost an hour that we waited Robert and Dutchess went above and beyond! Thank you to Robert and Dutchess for your diligence!

So if you are trying to order for more than 4 people, expect something to be missing or incorrect, otherwise just like every other McDonald's, good food and good staff interactions
