Humans make mistakes I know, but they seem very defensive about it when I come back in to get it corrected. I went back in the week because I was giving the wrong sandwich, I get back home and guess what it was still the wrong sandwich. I called corporate for the mistreatment and nobody has called back. I'll just Go somewhere else for now on!!

Was not acknowledged at all while standing up front, crew and management completely disregarding me standing there while multiple orders were being handed out in drive thru as well as front! But I do appreciate The new Store Manger whose name is Shelia I believe, sorry not too good with names! But she apologized for the inconvenience and offered to make it better the next visit!
